Our team make all the sauces in our Seafood At Home kitchen especially for our seafood experience boxes. The sauces have been developed with Mitch Tonks to compliment and make cooking seafood as easy as possible. You'll also find our Anchoïade features on our restaurant menu, it's delicious.

 

Ingredients:

Anchoïade:

mayonnaise (rapeseed oil (70%), water, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, modified waxy maize starch, stabiliser: Xanthan gum, flavouring, Colour: carotene, antioxidant: Calcium disodium (EDTA)), anchovy (FISH), capers, garlic, parsley

Tarragon & Pastis Mayonnaise:

Vegan Mayonnaise (Rapeseed Oil (70%), Water, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Modified Waxy Maize Starch, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Flavouring, Colour: Carotene, Antioxidant: Calcium Disodium (EDTA)), Tarragon (8%), Onion, Pastis (6%), Salt, White Wine Vinegar [SULPHITES], Fennel, Black Peppercorns
Once opened use within 2 weeks & keep refrigerated

Lime Pickle Butter:

Salted Butter [MILK], Lime Pickle (30%) (Limes (66%), Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Ground Spices (3%) [Spices, Paprika, MUSTARD], Acid (Acetic Acid), Cracked Yellow MUSTARD Seed (2%), Cracked Fenugreek Seed), Mango Chutney (Sugar, Mangoes (45%), Salt, Acid (Acetic Acid), Spices), Coriander, Lime Juice [SULPHITES], Garlic, MUSTARD Seeds, Olive Oil, Lime Zest, Salt, Curry Leaves
Once opened use within 2 weeks & keep refrigerated
