Sparklingly gorgeous turbot and scallops made the most fabulous supper and then a smoked salmon bagel for brekkie and superior sardines on toast for lunch today. Very much recommended.
Just to say thankyou for the fantastic fish. What a great lockdown meal and it was all gorgeous. We still have some smoked salmon for brunch tomorrow. Keeping us going until you are back in action in the restaurant.

I’m forwarding you an email I have just sent to some friends, describing the wonderful evening we had last night, thanks to your turbot seafood box. You’ll see we made it a great "evening out", and I wanted thank you for providing the basis of it. It was so simple just to unpack the box and follow the instructions. It hardly felt like work in the kitchen, the rhythm of a fest was barely disturbed. The icing on the cake was the fact that we had all the right wines in stock, what a bonus. As I’ve said in the email, we will be looking out for what you do next, or maybe we’ll just re-order. Whatever we do, thank you so much for last night.

Just to let you know that we greatly enjoyed our meal last night – still talking about it. It was very easy to prepare and all the ingredients so delicious, and a very clever idea to put them together, right down to the fresh parsley and lemon. And lunch today will be those sardines!

So excited to get my Rockfish box delivered today. Lockdown treat containing fresh fish and delicious extras such as anchoiide, pink peppercorns and tartare sauce.
I received my package this morning, as promised, and am absolutely delighted with the box and it’s contents! All arrived in perfect condition, in eco packaging and beautifully presented. It was a delight to open, thank you. Our meal was delicious. I’m a reasonable cook so haven’t bought a single ‘take away’ of any kind in the last year. I found out about this box by fluke and we had the most lovely time as a result. Really worth the money. The turbot was truly amazing. I would never dare buy it off the market – not knowing how old it was. So, huge thanks for your help when I asked for it, and big congratulations to Rockfish.
