Jalapeño Tartare

Our classic Rockfish Tartare sauce: creamy mayonnaise with chopped capers, onions, gherkins and herbs, spiked with pickled Jalapeño chillies for added heat.

Add a dollop to the side of your plate, or warm it through in a small pan with water to turn it into a delicious sauce to spoon over your favourite seafood.
