Anchoïade

Anchoïade is a Provencal inspired dip that combines creamy mayonnaise with anchovy, capers & parsley for an umami punch.

Incredible with grilled vegetables or seafood, you can also warm it through in a small pan with a little water making it into a hugely flavourful sauce, it is incredible spooned over a meaty piece of fish like our Turbot T-Bone.
