Firm and meaty with a mild flavour, lobster like texture and no small bones to worry about monkfish deserves it's much loved status. One of our prime cuts, the monkfish Chop has been created by cutting straight through the centre of the fish creating a generous seafood steak.

We can’t resist fish at its absolute best, so on occasion we’ll buy it when it is abundant, and flash freeze it at the quay. Your seafood will arrive gently defrosting, unpack it pop it in the fridge and enjoy as soon as you can (within 3 days) to maximise the freshness. Please do not re-freeze any fish from our frozen section.
