In an average year our Rockfish restaurant customers make their way through 22 tonnes of tartare and we know why. Tartare is the classic accompaniment to seafood because the piquancy of capers and gherkins pair perfectly with fried fish as well as it does with a simple oven baked fillet or chop.

Our chefs make our tartare in small batches so the creamy mayonnise with chopped capers, onions, gherkins and fresh herbs is always fresh and zingy.
