You’ll begin as a Chef de Partie, working closely with our experienced chefs, learning every section of the kitchen. As you grow in skill and confidence, we’ll support you through each step: to Junior Sous, then Sous, Senior Sous and beyond.
By the time you’re ready to lead, you’ll have everything it takes to run a kitchen – and run it well. From there, the next move is yours: Head Chef, Senior Head or even Area Chef...

From day one, you’ll get a tailored training plan and all the support you need to succeed. That might mean hands-on kitchen training, e-learning modules, or the chance to explore something new through workshops in wine, finance, leadership and more.
