- Market Availability: Our fish is wild-caught, so availability depends on what’s landed at the market. We may not always be able to source the exact fish you need on the specific day.
- Notice Period: Our bespoke service requires at least 4 days’ notice to ensure we meet your requirements with the quality and care we’re known for.
- Minimum Order: A minimum order of £85 is required for our bespoke service, which includes free delivery to your door.
