Set in a beautiful old pottery warehouse right on Poole Quay, our restaurant looks out across one of the largest natural harbours in the world, a busy haven for fishing boats, ferries bound for Brownsea Island, and the RNLI, whose historic headquarters sit just along the water.

Inside, the space is open and full of light, with high vaulted ceilings, a buzzing open kitchen and a view straight onto the water. From the chargrill to the fryer, our chefs cook fish landed in Brixham that very morning. Always fresh, and always simply.

Poole has made things by the water for centuries, pottery from this very building among them, and the quay is still the liveliest place in town to eat, drink and watch the boats. Whether you're here for lunch, a celebration in our private Chart Room, or just a dinner with a view, this is seafood in its element.
