I am delighted that Rockfish will open in Lyme Regis, it’s been a place that I have been fond of since I was a child when I used to come here with my parents. We would marvel at the fishermen landing their catch, go mackerel fishing and enjoy crab sandwiches on the Cobb. I have always thought that Rockfish would be a great addition to the great local dining scene here and we are very much looking forward to being part of the community.
