We’ve held back from listing salmon on our market for years. Not because we don’t love it (we do), but because we hadn’t found a source that lived up to the standards we set for everything we sell — traceable, responsible, flavour-first seafood.
Tucked along the windswept Antrim coast in Northern Ireland, Glenarm Organic Salmon quietly produces what many consider the finest organic salmon in the world. The team behind it are farmers, yes, but they’re also custodians. They believe, as we do, that if you look after the sea, the sea looks after you.
This isn’t salmon churned out of industrial pens. Glenarm runs just two small sites, in Glenarm Bay and Red Bay, each separated by 11 miles of fast-moving sea. The tides in the North Channel aren’t gentle - they’re lively, energetic, wild. The fish swim constantly in these strong currents, building lean muscle and developing the kind of firm texture you only get from salmon that’s lived a proper life.
They’re raised with care and space. Stocking densities are low, which means there’s no need for routine antibiotics or chemical interventions. The fish thrive in clean waters and are fed a diet of natural, organic ingredients sourced sustainably and monitored carefully.
The result is salmon that doesn’t just look better - it tastes better. Big, juicy flakes. Clean, smooth flavour. Uncommonly good.
Quite simply, it’s the best salmon we’ve ever eaten. It has that rare balance of richness and clarity — meaty but not muddy, delicate yet deeply satisfying. Pan-seared, oven-baked, grilled or poached, it behaves beautifully in the pan and on the plate.
