Caught using an innovative new potting method that uses gentle lights to attract scallops — a discovery made while experimenting with lobster and crab pots — these are some of the best quality scallops we’ve ever tasted.
This method is highly sustainable, causing no damage to the seabed or other marine life, and produces beautifully clean, premium scallops from the waters of the South West.
Translucent when raw and pearly white once cooked, our Disco Scallops are cleaned, shucked and ready to cook — 12 in each pack. Try them simply pan-fried for a few minutes in our garlic butter, with plenty of bread to soak up those delicious juices.

One thing that I love is smoked seafood, Interfish have been smoking Mackerel for generations down on Plymouth sound and the guys at Chalkstream do an incredible job of making sure their smoked Trout is treated with the respected it deserves - it's my favourite at breakfast.
