Translucent when raw and pearly white once cooked, our Disco Scallops are cleaned, shucked and ready to cook — 12 in each pack. Try them simply pan-fried for a few minutes in our garlic butter, with plenty of bread to soak up those delicious juices.

A big Thursday on the quayside. Disco scallops are plentiful and in great shape, brill and gurnard are landing strongly, and the monkfish is well worth a look. With Dover sole now out of season, the sand sole we have picked up is a smart alternative and in good condition.
There is plenty of smoked trout and smoked haddock available, and the South Coast shellfish is showing well. With 30 species and 2,700 portions to choose from, there is no shortage of quality today. A very good day to get organised before the weekend. Eat better fish.
