A huge, majestic fish the Turbot is often called the king of fish and is the larger cousin of the Brill. Turbot flesh is firm, juicy and lives up to its regal reputation.
This fish has been filleted, and includes a light and dark side.

With no more fresh fish markets now until after the bank holiday, the work doesn’t stop here in Brixham. The fleet will continue to fish through the weekend and we’ll be keeping a close eye on the landings as the boats come and go from the harbour.
Our buyers will be watching the market carefully, ready to step in and select the very best fish as it appears. It’s one of the great rhythms of the quay, and something we never take for granted.
The first fresh market will be back on Wednesday 8th, with all orders placed between now and then delivered that day. We look forward to bringing you another round of exceptional seafood, straight from the boats to your kitchen.
