A huge, majestic fish the Turbot is often called the king of fish and is the larger cousin of the Brill. Turbot flesh is firm, juicy and lives up to its regal reputation.
This fish has been filleted, and includes a light and dark side.
Turbot Fillets
A lively start to the month today. The Disco scallops are coming in well and worth a look, and there is plenty of gurnard, hake and red mullet on the tables. It feels like the fishing has found its rhythm again.
