About Fresh Crab Claws
Indulge in the exquisite taste of white crab claw meat without the hassle. Our crab claws are expertly cooked and meticulously deshelled, leaving the claw tip intact for a refined presentation.
Each 150g package includes 6-8 Cornish crab claws. Their rich and tender flavour makes them an excellent addition to any sophisticated dinner party. This option is ideal for those who relish the delicacy of crab meat but prefer to avoid the inconvenience of a whole Cornish crab claw.
Free from artificial additives and preservatives, only a touch of natural rock salt is added during the cooking process.
Fresh Crab Claws
The hake is the first thing to look at with plenty about, and the Disco scallops have returned in good numbers. Glenarm salmon is back too, including the new range smoked by Alfred Enderby which has been getting a lot of attention on the counter.
There is also plenty of South Coast shellfish around, with crabs, lobsters and dressed crab looking excellent. With 2,600 portions across 27 species it is a well-stocked midweek market and a good moment to start thinking about something special for Mother’s Day
