Potted Bay Shrimps

Potted Bay Shrimps are a traditional British delicacy. We flavour these sweet Brown Shrimps in clarified butter with mace and cayenne pepper for a touch of warmth on the finish. Leave them out to come up to room temperature for a couple of hours and enjoy them on hot toasted sourdough or a grilled crumpet. We make them fresh and freeze them to extend the shelf life, and they will be thawing on the way to you, so please don't refreeze.
