Packaging

Our recycled and recyclable boxes come in two sizes depending on the size of your order. 

We’d love it if you could recycle your packaging OR return it to us for free with Royal Mail. Find out more about our packaging and how to return it here. 

Delivery costs

£18 Minimum spend
£18 - £49.99 / £6.50 delivery
£50+ / £3.50 delivery
Saturday £9 flat rate
You can select a future delivery date for orders not including fresh fish

Pre midday delivery Monday to Friday  £10.00

Next day delivery is available for orders placed Monday to Friday. Order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, or before midday on a Friday and your seafood will be on your door the next day as standard. If you order after these times, your available delivery day will be shown at checkout.  

 

* Please note we cannot guarantee delivery pre midday on a Saturday so your seafood may arrive at any time during the day. We are charged £16.00 for Saturday deliveries, but we know that sometimes that’s the only day you can receive your order. 

Delivery partner

We use DPD for all our deliveries. When you place an order you’ll get a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery as it makes its way from the quayside to your door. 

Delivery locations

DPD have an extensive network across the UK and deliver nationwide, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands. A full list of delivery locations and postcodes can be found on our support page.
