We have some of the best fish on the planet landed on the South Coast everyday, we call it England’s seafood coast. Our boat Rockfisher is skippered by Nick who fishes out of Brixham exclusively for us. He lands some incredible fish which we prepare and fillet to send to the restaurants the very same day they're caught.

At the very heart of fishing here is the fish market at Brixham, where buyers from all over the world are each day looking to secure some of the finest catch. We buy a selection of the best of the landings each day for our restaurants, from gurnard, Dover sole, lemon sole & lobster, plaice, brill and monkfish and we have over 30 species to choose from. If we don’t have your favourite today, try tomorrow as it’s probably still in the sea. Your server will mark down on your tablecloth the fresh local fish landed that day for you to choose from.

OUR FISH ROOM

Our fish room is located underneath our Brixham restaurant which is 20m from Brixham Fish Market so we couldn't be in a better location. Our skilled fishmongers prepare all the fresh local fish just landed by the boats and send it off in the Rockfish van to be delivered to our sites each morning ready for service that lunchtime. From sea to plate the same day. It doesn't get fresher than that!
