ABOUT THE ONLINE SEAFOOD MARKET
When I opened my first fishmongers in 1996, my aim was to help people buy and eat the freshest, most sustainable seafood in the world. 26 years of experience later I still have the same aim. At Rockfish we have created a zero-waste supply chain for our seafood that we use for our restaurants and for you at home. That means we can enjoy fresh fish today while doing everything we can to be part of the solution to protect our fish stocks for the future.
When you buy from the online seafood market it means: You’re buying from the local fishing community in Brixham, or from MSC certified fisheries around the world. Every piece of fish is fully traceable back to the boat it came from.
Your fish has been expertly prepared and portioned right at the quayside, ready to cook at home with no smell and no fuss.
None of the precious catch has been wasted. We blast freeze at the quay when fish is in abundance, so you can enjoy it even when the boats can’t go out.
We passionately believe this zero-waste supply chain is the way seafood should be consumed. Welcome to the Rockfish online seafood market.
