A strong Thursday market today. The Chalkstream trout is looking excellent and priced well, so worth picking up while it is this good. Monkfish is in real volume, both fillets and whole tails, and the turbot is in very tidy condition. The smoked haddock and salmon from Enderbys are fresh and ready to go.
