A very good morning from Brixham, where the weather has undoubtably improved from the weekend winds to here.

The resilient Brixham fleet have provided us with boatloads of seafood this morning, and with that some incredible value too. Hake, Lobster Sole, Gurnard, Lemon Sole and Lobsters (at 2 for £50!) make the headlines in my kitchen over the weekend and into the fesitive period.

It's the most wonderful market to start leaning us into the weekend.
