Our zero-waste mission has extended to our packaging. Now, the recycled plastic boxes we use to keep your seafood orders cool will get recycled again into even cooler tables, chairs, benches and more. Better still, we’ll cover your expenses.
Return your packaging
When you send your packaging back to us you can be sure it gets put to good use - we're also credit your account to help cover expenses.
Each qualifying return will receive £5 store credit.
How to return your packaging
Please do send
The Outer Box & Lid
The Insulation Parts - This is the soft squidgy parts around the inside of the box.
Your Packing Slip - This helps us identify who has sent the box so we can send you a discount code for your next order.
Please don't send
Vac Pac film - Recycle this with your soft plastics at a recycling centre or large supermarkets.
Glass Jars - Recycle with your curbside recycling or recycling centre.
Old Fish - We cannot accept back any old fish.
1/ Label
We’ve included a label with our address. Stick this over the top of your delivery address so no one gets confused. IMPORTANT - Please remove or completely cover up the original DPD label on the box or the box can be lost in transit.

You choose how to get the packaging back to us. Here's some options, Royal Mail even collect from your house!

We do not recommend using DPD to return the box.
3 / Money
Make sure to include your packing slip in the box and we’ll credit your account with £5 for each box you send back.
Please note it can take up to 10 days to receive your store credit.
Tips
Please be aware that costs may differ when you return multiple ice packs back to us.
Sending back TWO boxes? Tape them together & you will only get charged for one. You can even consolidate many boxes and insulation down into 1 larger carboard box to send back to us - this might save you even more cash.

New: Restaurant Drop Off
Simply hand over your box and we’ll make sure it gets recycled responsibly and you can enjoy £5 off your meal that day as a thank you instead of an Online Seafood Market voucher. 1 box per person per meal excluding children. Your meal must include an item from the main menu. No cash value, no voucher offered, meal must be redeemed that day.
How to log into your account
There are 2 places to log in to access your account. Either click on the little person icon in the top bar of the website which is on every page, or click on the log in icon next to the email field in the checkout.
Once logged in the credit will show above the payment field ready for you to select to use on your next order.
