
About Cantabrian Tuna - Olive Oil
These Northern Bonito Tuna are caught individually by rod and line during a very short season that lasts just 3 weeks each year in MSC controlled waters in Northern Spain. They are then filleted by hand and tinned in olive oil.
A million miles away from your average can of tuna, this is a deeply flavoured, incredibly special fish, perfectly preserved.

A strong way to finish the week. The whole sides of Chalkstream trout are looking excellent, the smoked haddock is fresh and ready to go, and the brill T-bones are well worth your attention. Turbot and sand sole are both in good order too, so there is plenty to build something special around.
With 2,400 portions across 20 species, it is a well-supplied Friday market and a good moment to stock up before we close. Enjoy cooking it, enjoy eating it, and have a great weekend. Eat better fish.
