Our Restaurant Menu
We serve seafood as it should be: freshly landed, simply cooked, and always sustainably sourced.
Every morning, our team buys the best fish off the boats in Brixham. What’s landed depends on the tides, the weather and the season, and that’s what makes eating seafood so exciting.
At Rockfish, you’ll always have two options for ordering: from our Main Menu or from the Seasonal Landings (on your tablecloth).
The Seasonal Selection
Our pick of the freshest fish landed that very morning. Your server will talk you through what’s available today, all caught by boats we know, cooked simply and served with your choice of new potatoes, salad or unlimited chips.
Buttery, mild and gently nutty – a delicious flatfish with a delicate, understated flavour.
Plump, juicy and sustainably rope-grown with care – nature’s one-pot wonder.
Sweet, tender and finely flaked – a beloved flatfish with a gentle pepperiness and juicy softness.
Rich, robust and boldly flavoured - a plump fish with an earthy depth that sets it apart from milder white fish.
Sweet, rich and steak-like in texture – a fuller flavour than squid with a satisfying chew.
Succulent, sweet and gloriously meaty – a highly prized whole fish with clean, white flakes.
Smoky, sweet and naturally “sea-salty” - whole shell-on king prawns, chargrilled to perfection.
Soft, sweet and criminally underrated – a mild but delicious flatfish with real flair.
Thick, firm and gloriously meaty - a prized flatfish with large, clean flakes and a slightly sweet flavour.

The freshest seafood
Our seafood starts at the source. Everything is either bought fresh from the boats at Brixham Fish Market each morning, or sourced from trusted, MSC-certified sustainable fisheries.
From there, our skilled fishmongers at Rockfish Quayside prepare every portion with care, just metres from where it was landed. By noon, it’s already on its way to our restaurants, delivered in our own vans.
It’s not just fresh, it’s Rockfish fresh. And we know you can taste the difference.
Leading the way in sustainable seafood
We choose only the best fish from boats we know and trust, alongside certified sustainable fisheries like those recognised by the MSC. If it’s not responsibly caught, it’s not on our menu.
We also champion the innovators shaping the future of fishing. Heard of Disco Scallops? It’s the latest and greatest method of catching scallops, a pioneering new method of catching scallops using light and pots, not dredges. It’s seabed-safe, low-impact and may help end dredging altogether. All of the scallops you’ll enjoy in our restaurants with be either Disco scallops or hand dived caught scallops.
