After years of searching for a source that truly met our standards for flavour, traceability and responsible farming, we’ve partnered with Glenarm Organic Salmon from the Antrim coast of Northern Ireland. Raised in strong tidal waters with low stocking densities and exceptional care, these fish develop a firm texture and clean, rich flavour that sets them apart from typical farmed salmon. The result is salmon that tastes as good as it looks, and we’re excited to finally bring it to our Online Seafood Market in limited quantities while stocks last.

Exclusively at Rockfish, we’re bringing together two remarkable producers. Beautiful Glenarm salmon - raised with some of the highest sustainability credentials we’ve come across - and master smoked by Alfred Enderby, whose traditional methods create some of the finest smoked salmon in the world.

The result is something really special.
