Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Rockfish. We want to help you enjoy seafood today, while simultaneously ensuring that tomorrow’s fish are still in the sea.
From sea to plate
All our fish is either caught by boats we know well who land their catch in Brixham, from MSC certified fisheries or accredited freshwater farms. Our team walk the Brixham market each day to select the best fish; we fillet and portion it 20m away at our base on the quayside ready to send to our restaurants, and to your homes the very same day.
SEASONAL MENUS
We are led by what is in season, so our menus change regularly to reflect this. When you visit one of our restaurants, we'll let you know what has been landed that day from our list of seasonal seafood - simply choose your fish and enjoy it alongside a selection of seasonal sides.
Coastal communities
Our restaurants bring people together to enjoy sustainable seafood, and seasonal produce within local coastal communities. We support an individual charity or charitable organisation in each of our restaurants and offer Rockfish as a location for charity events.
