Cooking techniques

Ensure the crab is fully defrosted before use. We recommend putting in your fridge to defrost slowly before use. 

Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200˙C/180˙C/Gas 6 for 20 to 25 minutes (ovens vary).

Ensure the Crab is piping hot before serving
