A take on the Singaporean chilli crab street food favourite. We take hand picked Cornish white and brown crabmeat and combine it with butter spiced with chilli, shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy.
It is finished with lemon and coriander before potting into a jar then top with chilli crab butter to seal all the exotic flavour in. An incredible, lightly spiced treat spooned onto toasted sourdough.
