
About Potted Chilli Crab
A take on the Singaporean chilli crab street food favourite. We take hand-picked Devon white and brown crabmeat and combine it with butter spiced with chilli, shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy.
It is finished with lemon and coriander. An incredible, lightly spiced treat spooned onto toasted sourdough.

The final market of the week has now arrived in reeling off what is likely the finest range so far this week.
Gurnard and Megrim, some of our waters lesser known species land with volume, there's a few boxes of Hake, a handful of wonderful Turbot portions, plus a handful of the most delicious Smoked Trout from our friends just up the road at Chalkstream. What a wonderful market to head into the weekend on!
