Your order will be carefully portioned, vacuum-packed, and stored in our temperature-controlled boxes, ready for you at your chosen time. It’s a simple way to enjoy market-fresh fish at home, with no delivery charge — and every collection also comes with a 10% off dining voucher to use in the restaurant.

About Monolith Icon BBQ & fire plate

Small in size but big on performance, the MONOLITH ICON is a seriously versatile bit of kit. Slightly lower and lighter than the classic JUNIOR at 35kg, it’s ideal for balconies, terraces or taking with you when cooking outdoors. 

What really sets the ICON apart is its flexibility. Remove the lid and it becomes a table grill, or add the steel fire plate and cook plancha-style with clearly defined heat zones. Sear hard directly over the embers, then move food outwards to cook gently or keep warm. A removable drip tray catches fat and cooking residue, making it practical as well as powerful. With a wide range of accessories and endless ways to cook, the MONOLITH ICON is all about simple, flavour-led cooking done properly.
