
About Tinned Mount's Bay Sardines
We started our tinned fish project with these Mount's Bay Sardines from Cornwall. They are prepared by hand, steamed, laid in tins and preserved in sunflower oil. Fat, succulent and delicious, these are so much more than a sandwich filler.
Wonderfully versatile and easy to use they are transformative in salads, pastas and as a simple tapas.

Another high quality market today in amongst the wind and rain. The Monkfish & Red Mullet look exceptional this morning.
One thing that I love is smoked seafood, Interfish have been smoking Mackerel for generations down on Plymouth sound and the guys at Chalkstream do an incredible job of making sure their smoked Trout is treated with the respected it deserves - it's my favourite at breakfast.
