Our fish is fresh, local, and sustainably sourced. We update our menu seasonally to showcase the best of our local ingredients and reflect the types of fish that are landed at different times of the year. Our fish comes from the fleet that lands daily at the quayside in Brixham Fish Market, or from MSC-certified fisheries. Our skilled fishmongers prepare it right at the quayside before sending it to our seafood restaurants each day before lunch. A member of our Rockfish team will mark your tablecloth to show you today’s availability of our daily landings menu, or take your pick from our Rockfish classics.

Heard of Disco Scallops? It's the latest and greatest method of catching scallops. This new technique may eventually help us to completely eliminate the need for dredging scallops in our waters, restoring the seabed and allowing species to thrive. All of the scallops you'll enjoy in our restaurants with be either Disco scallops or hand dived caught scallops.

Daily landed seasonal seafood
Our team will also mark on the menu today's availability and prices of market fish from our list of seasonal, sustainably caught seafood and shellfish. This will be led by what has been landed by the fleet in Brixham that morning. Your choice of fresh fish will then be cooked to order and served with your choice of Cornish new potatoes, a green salad or unlimited chips.
