Seafood restaurant in Exmouth
Where the Exe meets the sea, and the day's catch meets the grill.
Sitting by the slipway and overlooking the Exe, our Exmouth restaurant is right where the tide rushes past and the fishing boats drift by. Relaxed, breezy and full of estuary life, it's a place shaped by the water. On sunny days the outside deck is the place to be, and when it's cooler, head inside where the warmth of the log burner takes the edge off the sea breeze.
The seafood is landed just along the coast in Brixham, prepared by hand each morning and cooked simply: over charcoal, grilled, or crisp fried. All of it sustainably caught, all of it fresh that day. Grab a seat, watch the water, and tuck into the day's catch.
Exmouth is a town that lives outdoors, two miles of sandy beach, kitesurfers on the estuary, walkers setting off along the Jurassic Coast from Orcombe Point, and we're happy to be its refuelling stop. Sandy feet and salty dogs welcome; this is a place for after the beach, after the walk, after the swim.
