Chef Career Path

Our chefs have the unique opportunity to work with the top quality sustainable seafood that’s MSC certified or caught and managed in the SouthWest of England, direct from Brixham Fish Market. As part of the Rockfish team, you'll receive extensive training. Expect a visit to Brixham’s bustling quayside to see the market in action and hands-on experience in the kitchens of our other Rockfish restaurants before we open in Salcombe.
