Lyme Bay Tinned Mussels in Garlic
Rope grown Mussels are harvested from Lyme Bay, not far from our base in Brixham in peak condition. They are steamed, lightly fried and hand packed in olive oil that has been infused with garlic and chilli. The warming hint of chilli gives way to a subtle sweet garlic flavour.
These mussels are wonderful just as they are as a starter, or enjoyed as part of a tapas.
