Sardine Puttanesca by Seafood at Home using Rockfish tinned sardines

Tinned Sardine Puttanesca


1 tin Rockfish sardines
1 garlic clove finely sliced
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tsp fine capers
1 small red chilli
7 black olives sliced
160g spaghetti


Warm some olive oil in a pan from the sardine tin, add garlic, add chopped tomatoes, capers, chilli and some black olives and cook it until the sauce is thick, add the sardines to cook for a further minute then add cooked spaghetti and toss together.
