About Potted Chilli Crab
A take on the Singaporean chilli crab street food favourite. We take hand-picked Devon white and brown crabmeat and combine it with butter spiced with chilli, shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy.
It is finished with lemon and coriander. An incredible, lightly spiced treat spooned onto toasted sourdough.

Handling frozen fish
Blast frozen fish, provided it’s cold to touch – so it hasn't got warm enough for bacteria to proliferate – is perfectly safe to re-freeze and will not affect its quality. That is industry standard practice.
Hence why we advise that if any purchase from our frozen range was to arrive partly defrosted it is perfectly okay to pop in the freezer to enjoy another day.

Personally, I think it's great to see Brill T-Bones reintroduced to the range. We've waited all year for the price to drop and give us good value on this prime cut. Baked en papilotte with datterinis, olive oil, a splash of white wine and sea salt it's tough to find a easier way to deliver a premium midweek meal.
