Scallops are one of the most abundant and gorgeous seafoods of the South West and there is no more sustainable way to fish them than by diving.
Diving for scallops isn’t easy work but doing it this way means the diver plucks only the adult scallops from the seabed, leaving the smaller ones in the water, and completely eliminating bycatch.
These medium hand dived scallops are fully cleaned and come in packs of 6. For a simple but delicious dish, fry them briefly in a hot pan and melt over a spoonful of our Rockfish garlic butter.
All the fish in our frozen section was caught at its best and flash frozen at the quayside. When it arrives at your home you can put it in the freezer to enjoy another day (even if partly defrosted) or put in your fridge and enjoy it within the next 2-3 days as you would with our fresh fish.

How does my fish arrive?
Your fish portions are individually vac packed which keeps the fish pristine, easy to handle, and completely odour-free, making unpacking and storing a breeze. All of the fish clearly identifies the boat that caught it giving full traceability and links you to cooking instructions.
Sustainable packaging
We also take pride in our sustainable packaging. Our delivery boxes are made from recycled plastics, offering strength and excellent insulation to keep your seafood perfectly chilled throughout its journey to your home. Our boxes are so good your order will stay cold for up to 48 hours which is much longer than your order will take to arrive to you.
You can even return your box to us, and we’ll work with our recycling partner to transform it into outdoor furniture - creating a sustainable loop for your order.
