
About Fish Pie Mix
Our fish pie mix is a combination of fresh Monkfish, Smoked Pollack, Whiting and Ling, quick frozen the same day to ensure the highest quality. When it arrives you can put it in the fridge to use straight away, or put into the freezer to have on hand for another day.
Fish pie is a classic, and for good reason, the combination of fresh and smoked fish in a creamy sauce is a wonderful warming dish for the whole family.
All the fish in our frozen section was caught at its best and flash frozen at the quayside. When it arrives at your home you can put it in the freezer to enjoy another day (even if partly defrosted) or put in your fridge and enjoy it within the next 2-3 days as you would with our fresh fish.

Personally, I think it's great to see Brill T-Bones reintroduced to the range. We've waited all year for the price to drop and give us good value on this prime cut. Baked en papilotte with datterinis, olive oil, a splash of white wine and sea salt it's tough to find a easier way to deliver a premium midweek meal.
