The south west waters offer some of the best sea bass. Our suppliers, Annie and Ian from The Happy Hooker, catch their wonderful sea bass by rod and line, and we blast freeze it right on the quayside to seal in the freshness so we can enjoy it at its best even when it's not in season. 

With delicious, juicy white flesh, it is always a popular choice when it's on the menu in our restaurants, but we recommend watching out for it in our online seafood market too so you can have this incredible fish delivered fresh from Brixham quayside to your door.
