Fish for all the family
We want your the whole family to enjoy Britain's delicious seafood, so we've made our children's portions really affordable. We also want mealtimes to be easy and fun, so we've some handy tips and recipes for everyone to enjoy.
Prime seafood - fuss-free
Many children's fish dishes use cod or haddock, but cooked simply there are other fish we believe children will enjoy, from hake to plaice to super sweet scallops. Our children's portions are taken from prime British fish and each one has been boned at the quayside for fuss-free cooking. The portions are between 50-75g - each perfect for small appetites. The majority of them have also been skinned.
Perfectly paired
We pack our children's portions in pairs. Buy them fresh from our online seafood market and they can be cooked up for a quick supper, or put in the freezer for a future date. They defrost quickly and make a great change from fish fingers. What's more, the sauces and butters that go with them are a huge hit with people of all ages.
Family friendly recipes
Why not try some of Mitch's favourite family recipes? They include Classic Rockfish Pie or our Crisp-Fried Fish Taco. Cooking fish in paper is a brilliant way to seal in flavour and making the parcels is great for little hands. Watch Mitch's cookalong video to see how it's done.
