At Rockfish, the arrival of crab season equals summer. The South West waters are home to some of the best brown crab in the world.
Watch out for fresh crab in the online seafood market and on the menu in our restaurants. Here are some of Mitch's favourite crab recipes to try at home:
Crab Slaw
This dish is a great addition to your BBQ or picnic. Enjoy it in a bun, or on it's own, this crab recipe is wonderfully versatile.
Crab Bruschetta
Wonderful as a light summer meal, this crab recipe couldn't be simpler and the sourdough is great toasted on the BBQ too.
Crab Cakes
Perfect for a starter or light lunch, you can adjust this crab recipe to suit your taste - simply add chilli for some heat, or curry powder for a spicy kick.
