About Whole Fresh Dressed Crab
The brown crab that we find in abundance in the South West waters are used for our Rockfish dressed crab. Steamed the morning they are landed, they're then hand-picked and the wonderful white and brown meat put back into the shell.
Dressed crab makes a simple, stunning lunch or starter where all the hard work has been done for you. Wonderful with nothing more than crusty bread and a dollop of mayonnaise. We always sell our crabs fresh so eat as soon as possible after arrival as you can for the best experience.

Tuesday is upon us, another huge market awakens today in Brixham. The rain was nothing short of biblical in the South West yesterday, but the rain doesn't stop the boats heading out.
More incredible value flatfish, there's oodles of species but if there's one incredible seafood I can encourage you towards it's our blast frozen Lobsters. We've made sure to make these accessible into the season by blast freezing them at the end of summer to fill your fridges with the finest, most accessible, best value seafood there is.
