Move over Pigs in Blankets, it is all about Scallops in Pipers Farm Bacon.
Our super-sweet South West Diver Caught Scallops are wrapped in Pipers Farm streaky bacon for a seafood twist on the festive favourite. They make a great starter, or part of sharing platter and just need a few minutes in a hot pan to fry them to perfection.
Each pack contains 6 Diver Caught Scallops wrapped in streaky bacon.
All the fish in our frozen section was caught at its best and flash frozen at the quayside. When it arrives at your home you can put it in the freezer to enjoy another day (even if partly defrosted) or put in your fridge and enjoy it within the next 2-3 days as you would with our fresh fish.

The hake is the first thing to look at with plenty about, and the Disco scallops have returned in good numbers. Glenarm salmon is back too, including the new range smoked by Alfred Enderby which has been getting a lot of attention on the counter.
There is also plenty of South Coast shellfish around, with crabs, lobsters and dressed crab looking excellent. With 2,600 portions across 27 species it is a well-stocked midweek market and a good moment to start thinking about something special for Mother’s Day
