The Lumberjaxe team have produced this magical rub which adds so much flavour to your seafood. Rubbed over our Monkfish fillets, whole tails and sides of Trout it creates something quite special. Sweet mango meets spicy chilli, crafting a flavour explosion of tangy zest with just the right amount of heat!
